Elder Colin Jay Montgomery reported to the MTC on April 18th, 2012! Family and friends came to say one final goodbye at the crack of dawn, (literally, it was 5:45 AM) before Colin boarded his plane. Everyone stayed to get that final glimpse of Col before he headed into security. As everyone stood there for a bit talking, Meg (Colin's sis) received a text from Tammy saying, "Missed his flight". Colin had just become "that guy" who missed his plane ha-ha! The next available flight was at 10:10, so Colin, Tammy, and Dave stayed down at the gate for another 4 hours until Col could finally board the plane. We're so glad he finally got off and on his way to the MTC! Safely.
